The description could be more precise; like mention what it is now. I think
you refer only to the group portion, which presently is "org.apache.solr".
This change should use Maven relocation metadata on branch_9x [as documented by
Gradle|https://docs.gradle.org/current/userguide/publishing_maven.html#publishing_maven:relocation].
