After the prior step the repo is left on the main branch, and then the RM is
asked to manually
{code:java}
Sanity check the DOAP files under `dev-tools/doap/`.
Do they contain all releases less than the one in progress?
TIP: The buildAndPushRelease script run later will check this automatically
{code}
But I'm left doubting if this is really meant to be done in main or branch_9_6
The text printed should specify, or perhaps the script should move back to the
right branch if main is not the intended location...
