bq. The lucene-analyzers-morfologik jar contains a Ukrainian dictionary at
org/apache/lucene/analysis/uk/ukrainian.dict.
My understanding is that this is not true since quite a long time (LUCENE-7785)
and that one is now supposed to rely on
[ua.net.nlp:morfologik-ukrainian-lt|https://github.com/brown-uk/dict_uk] (which
should maybe be added to solr-analysis-extras dependencies ?) and
{{org/languagetool/resource/uk/ukrainian.dict}} instead.
