I reported one of those test failures to Houston as it's a fresh issue. The other is a long-time flaky failure; shouldn't be affected by this change. I think this is ready! CHANGES.txt: 9.8 not 9.7 because too risky for 9.7 feature freeze any day now. Optimizations section: > SOLR-14985: Solrj CloudSolrClient with Solr URLs had serious performance regressions (since the beginning?) in which its collection state cache was not being used, resulting in many extra requests to Solr for cluster information.
