S3 Mock now has a released version (3.10) with jakarta packages. I have a
client struggling with this because upgrading Jetty version to 10 pushed other
libraries around and those changes pushed others (etc), which eventually pushed
others into jakarta packages, and now solr 9 is behind with no option.... The
whole package change is a mess, and the sooner we get past it the better.
