It is actually correct to mention OpenTracing for 9.x, since that is the
instrumentation library still in use. From 10.0 we have adopted OpenTelemetry
also for instrumentation (SOLR-16536), so we need to change that refguide page
before the 10.0 release. [~dsmiley] is adding OTEL agent support in SOLR-17432,
so since this is a super-minor change, I pinged him to fix the docs [in that
same PR|https://github.com/apache/solr/pull/2687#issuecomment-2354999765].
