Okay, I see the challenge with StatusTool. StatusTool *should* support
`--credentials`. Look at the tests, you can see we do:
```
"--credentials",
SecurityJson.USER_PASS,
```
I think this could be a perfectly good Solr 10 feature, and we should add
the credentials support to StatusTool. Do you want me to do that in this PR
or in a seperate one? All tools *should* support basic auth ;-). and some
day all the auths!
