I can volunteer to do the upgrade.
[~cpoerschke] It seems to me this [refactoring
change|https://github.com/apache/lucene/pull/13757] you did in Lucene is a
blocker for the upgrade.
It replaces the setter {{setDiscountOverlaps()}} by a parameter in similarity
constructor. But there are some similarity sub-classes where the constructor
parameter was not added.
- {{DFISimilarity}}
- {{IBSimilarity}}
- {{LMDirichletSimilarity}}
- {{LMJelinekMercerSimilarity}}
(They're only the ones where Solr needs to be changed for Lucene upgrade. Some
other similarities in Lucene may have same issue).
Please correct me if I'm wrong.
