Resolution: Abandoned
There is a PR out there but it's fallen victim to the bike shed ;). Please do
reopen this ticket if it's somethign we want to do, and let's summon up some
energy to get it done.
I really want the CLI stuff to pretty much "in a good place" before Solr 10 ;).
