Community survey suggests folks don't use wt=ruby, wt=php, wt=python writer
types. Another sign of that is the Choosing an Output Format page in the Ref
Doc has a broken link to xref:query-guide:response-writers.adoc.

This is to explore the impact of removing the language specific writer types.
