I noticed that the CborLoader used Solr side to handle indexing is limited to
only AddUpdateCommand generation. No commits, deletes, etc. We should look at
our JSON formats and make it work with CBOR, as they are equivalent. That's
necessary for an UpdateRequest in CBOR to be translated accordingly on the Solr
side.
