URL: https://github.com/apache/solr/pull/3360

   https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SOLR-XXXXX

   # Description

   https://github.com/apache/solr/pull/3285 fixed the native access warning for
tests but when using bin/solr the native warning is still there.

   ```
   WARNING: A restricted method in java.lang.foreign.Linker has been called
   WARNING: java.lang.foreign.Linker::downcallHandle has been called by the
unnamed module
   WARNING: Use --enable-native-access=ALL-UNNAMED to avoid a warning for this
module
   2025-05-22 02:17:10.875 INFO  (main) [c: s: r: x: t:]
o.a.l.s.MemorySegmentIndexInputProvider Using MemorySegmentIndexInput and
native madvise support with Java 21 or later; to disable start with
-Dorg.apache.lucene.store.MMapDirectory.enableMemorySegments=false
   ```

   This fixes it by passing in the flag similar to how vector module was
enabled.
