Hi. There is no immediate plan to update toka to v3 as there are many API
changes and a fairly big job. The community wants to deprecate Tika in 9.x and
choose a different approach from 10.x, see SOLR-7632 for more.
However, if you want to contribute the upgrade with a Pull Request, we will of
course consider it, since Solr 9.x will continue to live for quite some time.
