[~hossman] I've pushed the artifacts from 
https://github.com/rapidsai/cuvs-lucene/pull/29 to the snapshots maven, and now 
I see that both Solr main and the Lucene 10.3 upgrade branch tests are passing. 
Can you please review the fix?

FYI, I did a 

{code}
rm -rf ~/.gradle
git clean -fdx
./gradlew :solr:modules:cuvs:test
{code}

on this branch, and it passed now.
