Review Comment:
   Prometheus only creates the metric with the description that you wrote. So 
you need to write it in what that metric records and what it means. It looks 
like below:
   ```
   # HELP This is a description example
   metric_blah_blah{key=value} 1.0
   ```
   
   With that, could you bring back the descriptions that you removed? It is 
very useful I think even having the thresholds in the description itself.
