The XLSXResponseWriter is part of extraction module, since it uses Apache POI
which is already a Tika dependency, to construct Excel documents as response
from Solr.
This is such an esoteric use case that it need not be part of Solr itself.
Especially once Tika is removed as a dependency for Solr, this writer would
require us to depend directly on Apache POI.
This JIRA will deprecate the component in 9.10. Another JIRA will remove it
