Summary: Highlight solr-mcp in Ref Guide

We want the Ref Guide to be comphrensive and so having some content aroudn this
tool would be key. I think a tutorial would be one way to integrate it.
The current README for solr-mcp is a mix of user tutorial, developer how to,
and project details, which makes it LONG. I think the user facing content
should move into the Ref Guide and live there.
