If anything is deferred till 10.1, maybe that would be the actual formation of the module. But to be least disruptive to users, we need renames / package moves for 10. `...jetty.BlahJettyBlah`, `...jdk.BlayJdkBlah`. Perhaps `jettyclient` and `jdkclient` intermediate package names?
