I think there's too little time left to create a new module solrj-jetty but
there's barely enough time if we at least have the renames / classes in an
appropriate package ("...jetty"), thereby allowing a straight-forward 10.1
release that would bring about solrj-jetty and not actually impact any user.
I'll create another JIRA issue for the package aspect.
