Several of our file store APIs have a "getFrom" query parameter that's used to
indicate which node in the Solr cluster a file-store entry should be fetched
from.
We should document the expected format and purpose of this parameter. We
should also check its value against the known "liveNodes", to ensure that it's
only ever used to point to nodes in the Solr cluster.
