Good to see such a relatively quick solution for this severe problem! "This fix should be released in v9.10.1." -- are there plans to also create patch releases for earlier affected releases? In particular: we're using Solr 9.7.0 (incl. extraction module) in the latest release of our software. And our customers are desperately awaiting a fix for this vulnerability. A Solr 9.7.1 release with this fix would be great. Alternatively, we can look into upgrading to Solr 9.10.1, but it seems there were some significant changes between those releases, so it may be hard to provide that as a hotfix (?) -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
