I have rolled back Jenkins to build without multi platform since it will never 
work.

I'll prepare a Github workflow to run daily and do the same. For it to work 
we'll need to get INFRA to set the {{DOCKER_USER}} and {{DOCKER_TOKEN}} as 
secrets in our github. I'll file a Jira for it and then test it. Eventually we 
can disable the jenkins jobs for docker. In fact it is also a benefit, since 
changing the CI spec after each release is much simpler when you can have 
releaseWizard do some yaml editing than clicking around in Jenkins and editing 
fields...
