There shouldn't be an /api/metrics/collector endpoint. OpenTelemetry Collector
is a separate service/process not part of Solr. The endpoint should just be
/admin/metrics. This endpoint also doesn't write your standard namelist
json/xml/etc output but prometheus/openmetrics using a custom response writer
(PrometheusResponseWriter).
