Summary: Remove org.apache.solr.legacy.Legacy* Field Types

We have a set of various legacy field types like LegacyLongField and
LegacyInField that should not be used in favour of better implementations like
LongPoint and IntPoint.
One nuance is that there may be value in keeping these legacy fields, and if
so, then the right answer is to undeprecate them. And instead leave the
annotation that you SHOULD be using IntPoint. However, considering our ref
guide section on "How to pick numeric types" doesn't even mention these:

then I think they are fair game to be removed.
