PR builds could certainly have value. As you mention, it would need to be considered in dashboards, but cases where a PR is failing and needs investigation would be of interest. For example, you can do a scan comparison between your main branch and a PR to understand the scope of a dependency change. In any event, PRs from forks can't see your secrets in order to publish, and we don't have a good solution yet, so there is not a good way to get these build scans. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
