SOLR-18056: CloudSolrClient better urlScheme detection (from URL or
solr.ssl.enabled) (#4162)
Improved CloudSolrClient's urlScheme detection by using the scheme of provided
Solr URLs, or looking at "solr.ssl.enabled".
