ByteBuffersDirectoryFactory should be deprecated as we already have
RAMDirectoryFactory doing the same thing and that which has a better name.
It's probably used out there more than the less clearly named and newer
duplicative ByteBuffersDirectoryFactory. I challenge the existence of
ByteBuffersDirectoryFactory in SOLR-12861.
