Review Comment:
Moved the forward port task a bit later until publish maven artifacts. Then
the variable `{{ release_date }}` is available. I added a line to
releaseWizard.py as well to make the `{{ release_date_iso }}` available
directly, and passed the `--release-date` argument to `logchange.py` to use
that as date.
