Environment:
`StreamFactory.withCollectionZkHost`/`withDefaultZkHost`/`getDefaultZkHost`/`getCollectionZkHost`
and `SolrClientCache.getCloudSolrClient(String)` have been deprecated since
10.1 in favor of the `CloudSolrClientConnection`-based methods
(`withCollectionUseThisConnection`, `withDefaultSolrConnection`,
`getCloudSolrClient(CloudSolrClient.CloudSolrClientConnection)`). Public
`solrj-streaming` API used by external streaming-expression code.

The `confidenceInterval`/`compress` fields and their accessors on
`ScalarQuantizedDenseVectorField` have been deprecated since 10.1, no longer
used by the underlying Lucene codec. Low-risk, self-contained, single file.
