Previously I had taken the whole "it's a module, so you must enable it, so it's not an issue" perspective. However, that is not encoded in our THREAT_MODEL document, and indeed is actualy a flawed perspective. I've checked all the VEX statements, and CVE-2026-46718 needs updating.
