The v2 ref guide page seems like it's lost it's way a bit. It used to
highlight the cool _introspect stuff we had in the original v2 api tooling, but
that has changed with us moving to jax-rs.
Review the content, and narrow it down to what is important to a user to know
in a Ref Guide? Probably remove the content about introspection since that
only applies to our old v2 apis, and now that we are 58% of the way through
migrating (according to
[https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1HAoBBFPpSiT8mJmgNZKkZAPwfCfPvlc08m5jz3fQBpA/edit?gid=1940467083#gid=1940467083)]
to jax rs from old v2, then we are just confusing end users.
