Description:
When lazy iterator checks an approx doc for the match, it loops join-index
columns.
All these columns corresponds to the same "to" segment and all "from" segments.
Every column has min..max "to" docNums range (aka {{toEdges[0]..toEdges[1]}}).
Obviously, if it checks a to-doc outside of the range, we can skip this column,
and then even drop it if to-doc > max_to_doc.
