The pin is lifted on `sb4`, the head branch of #23: dd47f9cb moves `org.cyclonedx.bom` to 3.4.1 and keeps `includeConfigs` scoped to `productionRuntimeClasspath`, so the embedded SBOM still describes only the shipped artifacts. `main` stays on 2.4.1, which is the version Spring Initializr ships for Boot 3.5, so there is no workaround there.
