Done in fc9c5cd: all four `actions/setup-java` uses (three in `native.yml`,
one in `release-publish.yml`) are now pinned as
`actions/setup-java@cf277c60eb25467037889841efdb72551f06f6c3 # v4.9.1`, the
commit `v4` points to, so behaviour is unchanged. Re-ran `native.yml` on the
fork at that commit and all four jobs passed:
