Neither the upgrade note nor the changelog says that `GET /api/cluster` no longer exists. Even if we declare V2 as experimental, we can call it out in upgrade notes when an entire API is **removed**. 2. If we decide to backport to 10.2, the release note must move to `...-in-solr-10.adoc`, and we could also consider adding in a (deprecated) shim `GET /api/cluster` endpoint calling `/api/collections`.
