Piotr highlighted to me in a conversation that "highlighter.js" doesn't show up
in the SBOM building tool, because the license isn't provided, and it's not our
code.
highlight.js comes from 2014, bundling three langageus highlighters, including
php!
We should replace this with standard js include and have proper licenses.
