Every test in `it/` errors before it runs, so the integration suite and
`make it` are dead:

`setup_module()` in `it/__init__.py` starts a `MetricsStore` before every
test in the package, and `MetricsStore.VERSION` is `"1.3.9"` — an OpenSearch
version. `--distribution-version` rejects anything below 9.0.0, so the install
can never succeed:

$ solr-orbit install --distribution-version=1.3.9 ...
argument --distribution-version: must be at least 9.0.0 but was 1.3.9
```
The cluster also appears to be unused: it is inherited from OpenSearch
Benchmark, where metrics live in an OpenSearch cluster, whereas Solr Orbit
keeps them on the local filesystem. The only integration config sets
`datastore.type = in-memory`, and nothing reads `datastore.host` or port 10200.
**Expected:** `it/` tests run.
