   Fixes #34

The "Running Solr Orbit on your own cluster" section repeated the
single-node command from earlier on the page. This replaces it with a
copy-pasteable run against a three-node SolrCloud cluster that uses the other
flags the section mentions: `num_shards`/`replication_factor` so the collection
is spread over all nodes, higher `bulk_indexing_clients`/`search_clients`,
`--exclude-tasks` and `--user-tag`, with a line on what each one does and a
link to the workload's parameter list.

While checking the example against the code I saw that `ClientFactory` only
uses the first entry of `--target-hosts` (and the always-on telemetry shares
that client), so the section now says so in a note rather than implying load is
spread across the listed hosts.

Docs-only change. The parameter names were checked against `nyc_taxis` and
`common_operations/create_collection.json` in solr-orbit-workloads; I did not
run the command against a real three-node cluster. `ruff check .` and the unit
tests pass.
