There should be a /highlight core RequestHandler that highlights text posted to
Solr. It does *not* use the index in any way. It should support HTTP QUERY &
POST. Maybe GET with "stream.body"?
* Response format should be what the HighlightComponent returns.
* Should internally use the UnifiedHighlighter
* posting text/plain format highlights the entire text without structure
* V2 API only?
* Maybe internally use UpdateRequestHandler so that it can accept any update
format?
