Fixes #859 `kind load docker-image` fails for any multi-arch image pulled from a registry when Docker uses the containerd image store (default since Docker Engine 29, and already what `ubuntu-26.04` CI runners have): `ctr: content digest sha256:...: not found`. Upstream: kubernetes-sigs/kind#3795, no fix. Only locally built images need loading, and those still work. Registry images are now left for the Kind nodes to pull: - `test_cluster.sh`: with a URL `LOCATION` the operator image is not loaded and `pullPolicy` is `IfNotPresent`; a local `LOCATION` keeps load + `Never`. The Solr image is never loaded. - `manage_e2e_tests.sh`: operator image (local build) still loaded; `SOLR_IMAGE` and `ADDITIONAL_IMAGES` no longer pulled-then-loaded. `pravega/zookeeper` dropped from the `ADDITIONAL_IMAGES` default. - Remaining `kind load` failures point at kind#3795. Validated on macOS / Docker 29.8.2 (containerd store): `test_cluster.sh -o` against the v0.9.1 OCI charts passes end to end with `--verify`; `make e2e-tests` 30/31, the one failure a 45 s readiness window in "Fully Restarts" that reproduces alone and shows every image "already present on machine" — unrelated to image loading.
