Follow-up to #4811 for 11: `ContentStream` and `ContentStreamBase` move from SolrJ to solr-core (`org.apache.solr.util`), since nothing in SolrJ uses them anymore. Besides the move, I removed `@Deprecated` (here it is the server-side contract, not a duplicate of `ContentWriter`) and the unused `ContentStreamBase.create(...)` and `setSize(...)`.
