I think nightlies are a nice to have. And if the jenkins and all the other
plumbing is too mcuh, don't worry about it. The reality is that most people
who are going to test this can just "./gradlew dev", and if we start pushing
out more 10x releases, well, 10.2 will be along in a few months.
