Closing as stale — the information needed to diagnose this (the SolrCloud spec and the keys present in the TLS secret) was never provided, and it concerns Solr 8.11 with the 2022 operator. The `gen-pkcs12-keystore` init container is only generated when `pkcs12Secret` is set, so pointing both `pkcs12Secret.name` and `keyStorePasswordSecret.name` at a plain `kubernetes.io/tls` secret puts the operator in a state it cannot satisfy — for a certificate without a keystore, supply only the certificate secret and let the operator do the conversion.
