Diagnosed in-thread by @rosthoma: the pravega zookeeper-operator only
applies `imagePullSecret` when the ZookeeperCluster uses a ServiceAccount other
than `default` (pravega/zookeeper-operator#272). Setting one makes the
private-registry pull work:
```yaml
zk:
provided:
zookeeperPodPolicy:
serviceAccountName: my-sa
```
Closing as answered — this lives in the zookeeper-operator rather than here.
