Closing as done. The controller suite now covers spec changes propagating to dependent resources — `controllers/` has 14 test files including dedicated update paths such as `solr_pvc_expansion_test.go` and `reconcile_events_test.go`, plus contexts like "Solr Cloud with changing generated SolrXML" and per-feature suites for TLS, basic auth, ingress, storage and ZooKeeper.
