Closing as stale. Nothing has moved here in seven years, and publishing to OperatorHub means maintaining an OLM bundle and ClusterServiceVersion alongside every release — a real, ongoing commitment that nobody has stepped up to carry. The premises have also shifted: the ZooKeeper-operator dependency this would have had to declare is now on a deprecation path (#600), and chart distribution has moved to an OCI registry (#813). Not a no in principle — but it needs a fresh issue scoped to the OLM bundle and who maintains it, rather than this one.
