The bin/solr script handles start, stop and restart itself, but hands --help/-h for them to SolrCLI. With SOLR_PICOCLI=true there was no restart command, so 'bin/solr restart --help' printed the top-level usage instead of restart's, and restart was missing from the command list in 'bin/solr --help'. RestartCommand documents the options only; the restart logic stays in the script. It extends StartCommand because bin/solr parses start and restart with the same option loop, and adds the stop key that loop also accepts. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
