Hey @janhoy - this seems like something that was pretty close to merge but that probably just got lost in the hustle-bustle of getting a release out there. Can you comment on (1) whether this is still a relevant, valuable thing and (2) if there's any blockers or questions that need figured out prior to merge? (Btw, it's not a discussion for this ticket, but it's casualties like this that make me feel like our closing of "stale" tickets is overly aggressive. Lots of people's time and effort on a PR goes to waste when something that's close-to-merge gets closed out for a relatively short inactivity window.
