Good thoughts. Guess the cost of supporting pravega operator is fairly low, as long as they don't diverge too much. I wonder if one could use the combination of pravega operator and CRD, but adobe's updated zookeeper docker images? I think perhaps next step on this matter is to make a formal project decision on which direction we want to go. I'll ping @HoustonPutman and @gerlowskija here, and hope for a conclusion in this very issue.
