sbt 0.13.x use its own loader but this is not available at worker side:
org.apache.spark.SparkException: Job aborted: ClassNotFound with classloader:
sbt.classpath.ClasspathFilter@47ed40d
A workaround is to switch to sbt 0.12.4.
